Currently in Snapshots users can set Updates & System Updates to only show or be highlighted with a 'New' tag after a defined date.
However, if I want to only show or highlight updates made in the last week/fortnight/month/other period of time relative to today I need to keep manually updating the fixed date every time I need the report.
These type of reports are useful to set the expectation in the team to add and review updates at a given cadence as we can add the Snapshot URL to automated reminder emails (unlike dashboards), but it means an admin needs to be updating the snapshot dates every fortnight prior to the automated reminder sending.
Note: Tasks & Risks do have this relative days filter. It's just missing for Updates & System Updates.
